Managing Director
Highly respected and accomplished accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in taxation, governance, compliance, internal auditing, and financial reporting. Holds prestigious qualifications, including Associate General Accountant (AGA) with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Professional Accountant (SA) with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA).
As a seasoned expert, Ayanda provides personalized financial guidance, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients. His extensive experience and expertise have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor, dedicated to delivering exceptional results. He further serves in the national Sub-committee on South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
It is worth noting that Mr. Peyana is also an esteemed leader responsible in several organizations as audit committee member and board member and he is board chairman to the Port St Johns Development Agency.

Francis Kwahene
Managing Director
Francis began his career in accounting at KPMG, where he underwent rigorous training and progressed to the level of Audit Senior. During his tenure at KPMG, Francis gained valuable experience in auditing, financial reporting, financial management, management accounting and taxation. He worked with a diverse range of clients ranging from small businesses owner managed business to large corporations and listed entities.
Professional Experience
Francis began his career in accounting at KPMG, where he underwent rigorous training and progressed to the level of Audit Senior. During his tenure at KPMG, Francis gained valuable experience in auditing, financial reporting, financial management, management accounting and taxation. He worked with a diverse range of clients ranging from small businesses owner managed business to large corporations and listed entities. This exposure developed a strong understanding of the complexities of Corporate South Africa and the accounting and related services industry.
In addition to his experience at KPMG, Francis has also served as the Chairman of the Education and Transformation Committee of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA). In this role, Francis has been responsible for overseeing all training, transformation, continuous development and registration of aspirant and registered auditors and professional bodies in the auditor development value chain and pipeline.
Francis has extensive academic experience as both a lecturer and facilitator with more than 15 years’ experience in training and development of Accountants.
